An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 13534, approved January 31 ,
1967, pertaining to One-Way Streets.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l . That Ordinance No. 13534, approved January 31 , i967,
is hereby amended by adding the following to Section l , thereof;
DIRECTION
STREET QNE-WAY FROM TO
Curtice St. East Woodbury St. Andrew St.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not be printed as part of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code but shatl be incorporafed therein by reference.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.

Attached is an ordinance covering one-way on Curtice St. from Woodbury
St. to Andrew St. It is my intention to schedule a public hearing and
notify adjacent property owners in advance. Although we favor slightly
the one-way, we are really not widely interested in either one-way or
two-way, and this carr�e about as a result of petitions and requests from
adjacent property owners. Temporarily, it has been installed under authority
of the Traffic Coordinating Unit, but this is only good for 90 days. I
have had one or two gentlemen living on the street opposed to it.
