THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF �AINT PAUL D�ES ORDAIIds
Section l. That the prop�r City offie�ra are hereby
authorized and directed to pay o�t of the Tort Lit�bility Fund
0035-420, to L. David Johnson, the sum of $987.15, in full settle-
ment of his elaim of damages sustained on or abaut Sept�mber 12, 1972,
as more partieularly set out in a communication to the City Couneil
on September 1�, 1972.
Seetion 2. That said sum shall be paid to the said claimant
upon his �xe�ution and delivery of s release in full to the Cit�,
in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, for all damages
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its paasag�, approval and publication.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL

Claimant was involved in an aceident with a Saint Paul
police vehicle on September 12, 1972. Liability is on
the part of the City. Expenses inelude the repair of
the damaged vehicle, towing charges, and car rental
while vehicle was being repaired.
This offiee approves the settlement of Mr. Johnson' s
claim in the amount of $987.15.
