An ordinance settling the claim of Evelyn M.
Heywood and George L. Heywood against the
City of 5aint Paul
TAE COUNCIL OF THE CI3'Y OF 3AINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. Z'�at the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to pay out of Fund No. 0978-422 (Easements) to Evelyn
M. Heywood and George L. Heywood, the sum of $100.00 in full
settlement of their claim against the City for damages arising
from grading and surfacing the alley adjacent to their property
in Lot 30, Block 2, J. W. Bass' s Sub-Division of Collins Out Lots
Lots Nos. 15, 14 & 13, South of the C. 5t. P. M. &. O. R. R. , in-
cluding removal of lateral support and removal of any and all trees
by said City.
Section 2. That said sum shall be paid to said clai.mants upon
their execution and delivery of a release in full to the City, in
a form to be approved by the City Attorney, for all damages sustained
in the manner aforesaid.
Section 3. That thi� ordinance shall take effect and be in
force thirty days after its passage, approval and publication.
