LUBIANIiER AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY �F' SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the proper City offi��rs are hereby authorized
and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund �035-420, to
Paul Lubianker, the sum of $300.00, in full s�ttl�ment of hia claim
of damages sustained on or about �uly 6, 1972 as mc�re p�rticularly
set out in s communication to the City Council on August 3, 1972.
Section 2. That said s�m shall be paid to the s�id elaimant
upon his ex�cution and delivery of a� release in full to the City,
in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, for all damage�
sustained in the manner aforesaid.
�eetion 3. That this ordinance shall t�alce eff�et and be in
force thirty days after it� passage, approval a�nd public�tion.
