An ordinance amending Section 16.02 (3) (a)
of the Legislative Code de� ling with gas
installer' s licenses by deleting the
requirement for a. cc�py of the policy of
� insurance and requiring in lieu thereof
a certificate of insurance.
� THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That section 16.02 (3) (a) of the Legislative
Code be amended to read:
Any person, firm or c orporation holding a Class A
or Class B Master Gas Installer' s License to
engage in the business of installing gas burners .
__ and gas burner equipment, shall file with the
Division of Housing and Builch ng Code Enforce-
ment a. certificate of insurance indicating public
liability insurance coverage required by sub-
�13 paragraph b hereof, approved as to form by the
Office of the City Attorney, which insurance
coverage shall be ma.intained in force and e�€ect
during the life of the license issued under this
Chapter of the Legislative Code �
Seetion 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
� effect thirty (30) days following its passa.ge, approval
ans3 publ icat ion. -
