An ordinance amending Chap�er 205 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining to annual minimum charge
payable by governmental subdivisions within the
County of Ramsey for fire protection fur�ished by the
Saint Pau1 Department of Fire and Safety Services. This
is an emergency ordinance necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and safety.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That Chapter 205 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code, as amended, be and the same is ,hereby further amended,
in Section 12 thereof, to provide �hat no annual minimum charge
shall apply to the City of West St. Paul for fire protection to
be furnished by the City of Saint Pau1 Department of Fire and
Safety Services until February 15, 1974.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an
emergency ordinance reridered necessary for the preservation
of the public peace, health and- �afety.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force immediately upon its passage, approval and publication.
