An acltninistrative ordinance providing for the sale of
surplus animals, birds and rep�iles by the director of the
Como Park Zoo; repealing Ordinance No. 13834, approved
February 20, 1968.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORUAIN:
Section 1. The Como Park Zoo Director may sell any surplus .
zoo animals, birds and reptiles where the true value does not
exceed $50.00. Receipts shall be issued for any and all such
sales, and the monies shall be deposited in t�'he Animal Purchase
Fund Account. Each month the Zoo Director shall file with the
Purchasing Agent a complete written report of all such sales during
the month. �
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
thirty (30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
Section 3. Ordinance No. 13834, approved February 20, 1968,
is repealed.
