After a brief discussion of the proposed use, a motion was made and seconded to recammend approval of the rezoning. The motion carried unanimously. The undersigned respectfully requests the City Council to consider granting a variance to permit access to a driveway leading from Farrington Street to the subject property (all as shown on the attached plat plans) . We understand that Section 60. 05f (2) of the St. Paul Legislative Code prohibits vehicular ingress and egress onto a street which is used "primarily for access to abutting residential property". Assuming that Farrington Street fits in this category, the requested variance would be required for the attached plan.
