An administrative ordinance relating to the rate of
compensation at the time the first appointment is
made to the title of Administrator of Planning.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. PAUL DOE5 ORDAIN:
Section 1. That an employee holding the title of Planning
Coordinator who is appqinted to the title of Administrator of Planning
shall not suffer a reduction in sa].ary but shall continue to receive the
same salary until such time that the salary applicable to Step G of
Grade 31 exceeds such employee's salary. At that time, such
employee shall be eligible to receive the rates applicable to Grade 31.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be i.n force
thirty (30) days after its passage, approval, and publication.
