An ordinance to repeal Chapter �
347 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code
relating to the licensing of motox
vehicle rentals
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
Sections 347.01 through 347.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code are hereby repealed.
Section 2. �
No license fees paid urider said sections shall be refunded.
- Section 3. '
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days following its passage, approval and publication.
