THE COUNCIL OF '1'I� CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
The following� property is hereby declared to be a Heritage
Preservation Site as authorized by Ordinance No. 16006:
The property containing the Spangenberg House at
375 Mount Curve Boulevard, more particularly described
as follows:
"Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Auditor ' s Subdivision
No. 59, Government Lot 2, Section 8, Town 28
North, Range 23 West. " ,
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take force and effect in thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.

� Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House (third floor) at 10:00 a.m.

designation for 375 Mt. Curve Boulevard. The property is located on
the west side of Mt. Curve Blvd between Jefferson and Randolph Streets,
and described as Lots 3 and 4, Blk 2, Auditor's Subdivision �59.
If you would like further information about this hearing, contact the Current
Planning Section of the planning Board, 421 tJabasha Street or telephone 298-4154. .
