for the licensing of private clubs.
THE COUNC�L OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: -
Section 1.
Chapt�er 392 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended byh adding the following new section 392.11, to r$�d as

RE: Consent Amendment for Private Clubs
Attached hereto is the amendment to the private club
ordinance, which will require that new private clubs,
or the transfer of clubs from person to person, obtain
the consent of 90% of the neighbors within two hundred
feet. The langua.ge is identical to that contained in
the sauna/ma.ssage parlor and live entertainment licensing
ordi.nance s.
