An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 3250, entitled:
"An administrative ordinance relating to the Civil Service
Commission and the Personnel Office of t,he City of Saint Paul
approving and adop�ing rule s and regulations nece s sary to the
administration of th.e City personnel system on a merit basis, "
approved August 20, 1914, as arnended.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES OR.DAIN:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 3250, approved August 20, 1914,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended in Section 6
thereof, by inserting in Grade 20 under the heading "Professional-Adminis-
trative" Group, the title of SY5TEMS ANALYST IV.
Section 2. That said ordinance, as amended, be and th.e same is
hereby further amended by striking out of Section 6 where it appears in
Grade 19 of the "Professional-Administrative" Group, the title of DATA
BASE COORDINATOR; and by inserting said title in Grade 22 of the
"Professional-Administrative" Group.

City Counci.l.
This Ordi.na.nce establishes the new title of Systems Analyst IV in Grade 20
of th.e "Professional-Administrative" Occupational Group, a.nd it upgrades
the title of Data Base Coordin.ator from Grade 19 to Grade 22-of the
"Professiona.�-Administrative'' Occupational Group. T'he 1976 bi-weekly
salary ranges are as follows: (The 1977 rates have not yet been established. )
