� An ordinance to amend Chapter 27
of the Saint Pau1 Legislative Code to �
exempt from licensing those persons already
' licensed under certain other state or local
laws
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
Section 27 .09(2) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby
amended to read as follows: .
"(2) No license €ee shall be required pur-
suant to this chapter for any ��eexse-apg��ea��
erson who is re uired b state or local law to
attain stan ar s o competenc or ex erience as
a rere uisite to en a in in suc cra t o�
pr_�o es__sion an w o is current y icense or
� � ce-rti�-ie un er ot er state or local law when
acting exclusively within the scope of the craft
or profession for which the license or certifi-
cation has been issued."
Section 2.
This ordinance shall be in force and effect thirty (30) days
following its passage, approval and publication.
