An administrative ordinance amending Ordinance
No. 13044, entitled; "An Administrative Ordinance
fixing a sehedule of charges for the use of the
Saint Paul Municipal Stadium and determining to
what uses the Stadium shall be devoted and repe aling
Ordinance No. 11022, approved June 18, 195'7, as
amended, �� approved September g, 1�65, as amended.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
, Section 1.
That Ordinance No. 13044, approved September 9, sg65,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended, in
Section 1, paragraph 4 thereof, so that said paragraph 4
shall read:
4. Charges for vehicle parking on the
municipal parking areas adjacent to said stadium
shall be �1.00 per vehicle per event conducted
at the- stadium, exeept �or such events where the
Ge��.e��-�a�-��-�ese���}e�.-de#e����.e-#�a#-�-����e�+e�.#
�a�e-s�.e�.��-�e-e�a�ge��-e�-��.a�-�a��}�.g-s�e�,��-�e
�e�����e�-��ee-a�-e�a�ge director of the department
o� community services determines that a different
r�,te should be charged, including the allowin� of
free parkin�. The director shall only establish
a different rate for a articular event includin
the allowing of free par ing, when, in his opinion,
a different rate or free arkin would maximize
he use o said s a ium and arkin areas or the
ren a income erefrom.
