THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1 . That Section 16.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code, which established rates for the City's collection of solid waste� be and the same is hereby �nended as follows: "16.01 - - Rates.
