An ordinance amending Chapter 140 of the St.
Paul Legislative Code, entitled, '�Signs and
Signals on Bridge Piers or Street Obstructions; "
authorizing the director of public works to
require certain types of signs.
THE COUNGIL OF THE GITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Chapter 140 of the St. Paul Legislative Code,
entitled, ��Signs and Signals on Bridge Piers or Street
Obstructions, �� be and the same is hereby amended by
�triking therefrom, where the same do appear, the words
'�Commissioner of Public Safety�� and '�City Clerk�� and
substituting in lieu and in place thereof the words
"Director of public works. ��
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30
days from and af ter its passage, approval and publication.
