An ordinance repealing certain obsolete
sections of Chapter 83, St. Paul Legislative
Code, pertaining to municipal parking lots.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Sections 83.01 through 83.06 of the St. Paul
Legislative Code, pertaining to the designation of and
regulations for the use of certain municipal parking lots,
which lots are no longer so used, are hereby repealed.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
30 days from and after its passage, approval and
publication.

PURPOSE AND RATIONALE FOR THIS ACTION:

` Sections 83.01 through 83.06 of the Code designate
certain areas as municipal parking lots and provide
for regula�ion of their use and fees therefor. These
areas are no longer municipal parking lots, and said
sections of the Code .are obsolete.
