An administrative ordinance amending Chapter
82 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code
whereby "Little Davis Bacon" requirements set
forth in Section 82.07 thereof shall be
applicable to contracts of more than $10,000.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Section 82.07 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is
amended to read as follows :
82.07. Minimum wages on public contracts. All contracts
in the amount of $10,000 or more hereinafter entered into
for the purpose of performing any work for the city of
Saint Paul involving either new construction work or re-
pair work on any roads, bridges, sewers, streets, alleys,
parks, parkways, building or any other public wo�ks involv-
ing the improvement of public property, including the re-
moval of public nuisances, shall be made upon the basis
that the wages paid to the occupational groups utilized
in such works shall not be less than the wages and fringes
paid to comparable positions in the classified Civil
Service system.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
