An Ordinance Amending Section 124.02 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code Pertain-
ing to Parkways. .
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That the introductory paragraph in Section 124.02 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
124. 02 Parkways Where Trucks Eex�e�e�a�
i�e�i�e�es Are Prohibited:T�ie' following
streets and avenues are designated as
parkways and boulevards, upon which no
person shall drive, propel, or draw, or
cause to be driven, propelled, or drawn,

��esT-Ekag�e�-��ST-wk}s�-}s-�e�a���-�se�
�e�-e�-ae��a���-�se�l-�e�-a-se�e�e�a�
g��geee-e� any truck which is licensed by
the State of Minnesota for a gross weight
in excess of 9, 000 pounds except at inter-
secting street crossings, except for one
block between any two consecutive inter-
secting streets or avenues and except where
it is otherwise impossible to reach a
destination for the purpose of making a
delivery to or returning from any lot or
premises when necessary to do so, upon or
along any parkway in the City of Saint Paul:
