An ordinance amending Section 15.03 of
the Saint Paul Administrative Code; pertaining
to the time of Wednesday Council meetings.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 15.03 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code is
amended to read:
Meetings of the Council. The council shall
meet at the City Hall at 10:00 A.M. on Tuesdays,
Wednesdavs and Thursdays, ane�-et-9�sA9-P�:A4:-e�
Wee��esela�*st provided, however, that any Wednesday
meeting may be cancelled by the presiding officer
if no licensing matters are scheduled for consid-
eration. In addition to the regular meetings of
the council as required by the charter, special
meetings may be held anywhere in the city on the
call of the president of the council or upon the
written request submitted to the secretary by any
four (4) members. Notice in writing of special
meetings of the council shall be served by the clerk
upon each member thereof, personally, or be left at
his usual place of abode at least six hours in advance
of such meeting, except with the unanimous consent or
waiver of sucY��. notice by the entire council, which con-
sent or waiver shall be in writing. Such written

notice required to be served upon each council mem-
ber shall include the date, time and place of such
meeting and an agenda of the matters to be discussed,
and no additional matters shall be determined except
as provided in the written agenda unless waived by
the unanimous vote of all council members. It shall
be the duty of the presiding officer of the council
to provide notice to the public pursuant to Section
15.05.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty
(30) days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
