An ordinance amending Chapter 108
of the Administrative Code pertaining to
the parking commission •
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Chapter 108 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code is
hereby amended by deleting certain portions of Section 108.02,
Subdivision 4, and inserting the follov�nng in lieu thereof:
"Section 108.02. Parking Commission.
Subd. 4. Qualifications. �et�.� Two of the
seven members appointed shall be selected from
among owners, operators, managers of existing
parking facilities, or from major retail traffic
generators, within the city. The rema.ining
members shall have an interest in parking and
be selected from the public at large. All members
shall serve without compensation."
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
