An Ordinance amending Chapter 323 of the Saint Paul
Legislative Code, entitled, "Dumping on Private Property".
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Section 323.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and
the same is hereby amended, in subsection a, to be read as follows:
a. DEMOLITION MATERIAL: Materials from any building, e� structure,
paving or surface construction and consisting of mixed materials,
such as, but not limited to, brick, tile, wood, roofing, rein-
forcement rods, concrete, asphalt, flooring and plaster.
Section 2.
That Section 323.01 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and the
same is hereby amended, in subsection c, to read as follows: �
c. CLEAN FILL: Sand, soil, dirt, and earth, -o� asl�es wl��el� are

Section 3.
That Section 323.05 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and the
same is hereby amended, in subsection f, to read as follows:

Section 4.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
