An Ordinance Amending Chapter 22 of the
Saint Paul Legislative Code Pertaining
to Signs and Billboards.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL .DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 22.07 (4) be and is hereby amended so as to read
as follows:
4. No advertising sign, as defined in Section 62 .115
of the St. Pau1 Legislative Code, hereafter erected
on the following streets shall be located within •
100 feet of any other existing advertising sign
on the same side of the street
Summit Avenue from Kellogg Blvd. to Oakland
Avenue; 0akland Avenue from Summit Ave . to �
Grand Ave. ; Grand Ave. from Oakland Ave. to
West Seventh St. ; Sherman St. from West
Seventh St. to Exchange St. ; Exchange St.
from Sherman St. to Chestnut St. ; Chestnut
St. from Exchange St. to Shepard Road; and
Walnut St. fram Exchange St. to Irving Park.
