Pursuant to the authority provided in Section 12. 02 of the Charter of
the City of Saint Paul, the Council of t,he City of Saint Paul does hereby ;
increase the compensation to be paid to each member of the Civil Service
Commission from Thirty-Five Dollars ($35. 00) to Fifty Dollars ($50. 00)
for each meeting or hearing that the member shall attend. �
