An ordinance amending Chapter 25 of
the St. Paul Administrative Code pertaining
to gifts to City officers and employees;
� THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Chapter 25, Section 25. 02, of the St. Paul Administrative
Code be and is hereby amended by adding the following new sections
thereto:
"Sec. 25.02 (e) the gift or receipt of tickets
entitling the bearer �a ission o a spor ing,
t ea rica , musica , es imonia , ex i i ion or
ot er promo iona event.
(f} the gi�t or receipt of a breakfast, lunch,
or dinner. "
Section 2 .
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
