THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That Chapter 33 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code entitled "Reimbursement for Car Expense" is hereby amended by striking and deleting Type 1, Type 2, and Type 4 in their entireties, and sub- stituting in lieu and in place thereof the following: "'I�rpe 1. For those officers and'employees who are required to use their� automobiles occasionally for offi- cial City business, reimbursement at the rate of $0.15 for each mile actually driven and in addition thereto, reimbursement in the amount of $3.00 per day for each day the automobile of the officer or employee is actually � used in the performance of official City business. For those officers and employees who are required to use their automobiles regularly for official City business, reimbursement at the rate of $0.15 for each mile actually driven and in addition thereto, reimbursement in the amount of $3.00 per day for each day of work.
