An ordinance raising the fee for a Taxicab
License to $100.00.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Section 152.08 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is
hereby amended to read as follows :
152.08. License Fee. Public vehicle licenses
shall be issued for the calendar year, and the license
fee for an auto car license, either livery or rental,
is hereby fixed at �35:99 590� per year, and the li-
cense fee for a taxicab is hereby fixed at $45�AA 100 00
per year. The said license fees shall be paid for each
license granted and there shall be no prorating of the
license fee for periods shorter than such calendar year.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
