An ordinance amending Section 406.03 of the St. Paul
Legislative code relating to billiard and pool hall
license fees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 406.03 of the St. Paul Legislative Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
406.03. Fees. The license fee for the first billiard or pool
table, inc3.uc�ing �he first� c��n operated billiard or ool table, shall
be Fe���-�}�*e-�e a�s-� 4�:A Ninety Dollars ($90.00) ; and '�Ke��*e-�e��a�s
����.-AA� Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) for each additional tables thereafter
except �eo3n operated billiard and pool tables licensed under Chapter 412.

The license fee for the first bowling alley shall be Forty-Five Dollars
($45.00); and �we��e-Be��a�s-����:AB) Twenty-Five Dollars (25.00) for
each additional alley thereafter.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from
and after its passage, approval and publication.
