An ordinance amending Section 291.01 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code relating
to Class C Restaurant license fees.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Section 291.01, Subd. 1B, Class C Restaurant is amended
to read as follows:
Class C Restaurant:

open for business less than 14 hours per dav.
$500.00 for restaurants with 100 seats or more and open
for business more than 14 hours per dav.
Class C Restaurants shall not be charged an additional
fee for square footaae under Subdivision 1C.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its pas�:age, approval and publication.
