An ordinance amending Section 344.03 of
the Saint Paul Legislative Code relating
to the license fee for parking lots.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 344.03 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code is
amended to read as follows:
344.03. Fees. The license fees for such parking
places shall be as follows:
(a) For parking lots with a capacity of 25 or
less motor vehicles, the sum of �ertp-�}�e-�e��ers
�$45:A8} Ninety Dollars ($90.00) per year.
(b) For parking lots with a capacity of 26 to 50
vehicles, the sum of 6e�e�t�-�e��a�e-{��A.-AA} Ong
Hundred Twentv-five Dollars ($125.00�, per year.
(c) For parking lots with a capacity of 51 to 75
uehicles, the sum of A�e-Ht�n��e�-Be��a�s-�$�AArAA} One
Hundred Seventv-five Dollars ($175.00) per year.
(d) For parking lots with a capacity of 76 to 100
vehicles, the sum of 9�e-H��e��ee�-�����-Be��a�s-���SArAA}
Two Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($225.00) per year.

(e) For parking lots with a capacity of 101 to
150 vehicles, the sum of �ae-IIt��e��ee�-Be��a�s-�$�AA:A9}
Two Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($275.00) per year.
(f) For parking lots with a capacity of more than
150 vehicles, the sum of �ve-I�Itz�e��ee�-����p-Be��a�s-�$�5A.-AA}
Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00) per year.
Whenever any person operates more than one parking
place, a separate license must be obtained for each
such parking lot. No licenses issued hereunder shall
be transferable from person to person, or place to place.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
