The Zoninc� Committee conducted a public hearing on November 5, 1981 , on this case. No testimony was heard. The Zoning Committee voted 7 to 0 to recomme�nd approval of the rezoning. The Planning Commission considered the Zoning Committee's recommendation on November 6, 1981 , and voted 19 to 0 to approve the rezoning. The requested rezoning is scheduled to be heard by the City Council on December 3, 1981 .
