An ordinance amending Section 331.02
of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section l.
That Section 331.02, Class M, of the Saint Paul Legislative
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
. Class M food establishment operated in any rest
home, sanitorium, hospital, boarding house or day care
center which serves meals or lunches whether in con-
nection with or in addition to the education, training
or care of persons . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $1.00.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
