THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. That the definitions of ��multiple-family dwelling�� and ��townhouse dwelling�� under Section 60.204 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code be and the same hereby are amended to read as follows: Dwelling, multi�le-family. A building, or portion thereof, designed exclusively for occupancy by ���e three or more families living independently of each other. Dwelling, townhouse. A one-family dwelling unit, with a private ��e��-a��-�e��-e�.��a�eee entrance, which is part of a m������e-�a���3�-�;,re����� structure whose dwelling units are attached hor�zontally in a linear arrangement, separated from other dwelling units by a fire wall or wa11s extending from foundation through the roof with no openings, and having a totally exposed front and rear wall to be used for e�.��3� access, light, and ventilation. The city council shall provide for an adequate review and re-evaluation o� this code at least every five years from the time of adoption of this code.
