An ordinance amending Chapter 408 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code pertaining to junkyard
and junk dealers and motor vehicle salvage dealers.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 408.01 of the St. Paul Legislative Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to
read as follows:
408.01. License required. No person shall carry on
the business of junk dealer e�-�e�a�-�e�}e�e-�a���ge
�e��e� in Saint Paul without a license.
Section 2.
That Section 408.02 of the St. Paul Legislative Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended by
deleting therefrom in its entirety, clause (4) defining a
��motor �hicle salvage dealer. " Said Section 408.02 is
hereby further amended, in clause (6) thereof, to read as
follows:
(6) "Business premises'� or "premises" means and
includes the property used or to be used by
a junk dealer e�-�e�e�-�e�}e�e-ea��age-�ea�e�
in the course of his licensed business, and
described in the application for license and
license required by this chapter.
