Saint Paul and the zoning maps thereof. The petitioner was present. There was no testimony. After closing the public hearing, the Committee voted 7 to 0 to recommend approval of the rezoning. On htarch 26, 1982, the Planning Commission considered the Zoning Committee's recommendation and approved the rezoning on a vote of 15 to 0. The rezoning is scheduled to be heard by the City Council on April 15, 1982.
