These errors were inadvertently over1ooked as the ordinance was reviea�ed, primari1y due to the extreme lengtfi of time 6etween pu6lic readings to aecommodate E�B review under the state's Critical Area Act. A11 the errors are "typographical" in nature, and are not of su6stance. Therefore, T am requesting that the Council amend the ordinance to eliminate these errors. The chanQes should make the ordinance easier to understand and enforce. Specifically, the revisions should include the following: 1 . �565.103 Comp1iance: Add a phrase, thusly: Subd. 3.
