AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE SAINT PAUL ADMTNISTRATIVE CODE
ENTITLED "DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC rnTORKS" .
The Counca.l Of Th.e Gi.ty Of Saint Paul Does Ordain:
Section 1.
That Chapter 6 of the Sa�nt Paul Administrative Code be and the
same is hereby amended by deleting from said Chapter the word
"director" and substituting in lieu and in place thereof the
words "City Engineer and Director" .
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30�
days from and after its passage, a�proval and publication.
