I e/� 7 Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date An ordinance a,mending Chaptex 33 , 05 , subdivision 6 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code , pertaining to fees for partial Certificate of Occupancy. THE COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF SATNT PAUL DOES ORTAIN: Section 1 . That Chapter 33. 05 , subdivision 6, entitled "Fees for Certi£icate of Occupancy" be amended by adding a new section (5) as follows : (5) Partial Certificate of Occupancy Fee Not withstanding (1) of this section a fee of $100 .00 will be charged for each partial Certificate of Occupancy requested. The issuance of a partial Certificate of Occupancy is at the discretion of the Supervisor of Code Enforcement and the portion of building covered by the Certificate must be legally completed and ready to occupy along with all other life safety requirements in the building. Section 2 . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30) days from and after its passage , approval and publication. The Gallery- Tower Condominium i is a typi-cal example. We have certified each unit separately at the developers request . (It has to do with the closing of purchase ' of a unit) . � This is an additional exnen�e to this Division as it � requires extra inspections and office procedures .
