An ordinance amending Section 417 .02 of the
St. Paul Legislative Code relating to the
definition of a parking lot.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1 .
That Section 417.Q2 of the 5t. Paul Legislative Code be and
the same is hereby amended so that the definition of parking lot
shall read as follows :
417.02. Definition. "Parking lot" means and
includes any ����ate premises where ten or more motor
vehicles are parked, stored or allowed to remain, and
where the owner or person storing or parking such
vehicle is charged a fee therefor.
Section 2 .
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty (30)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
