I have reviewed the your recent Contractor Proposaf submittals. I have the following comments:
1. We are reviewing several of your requests, but l wanted to give you a formal Notice to Proceed
with the work so there is no confusion it must be done. You are authorized to proceed
immediately, if necessary, to maintain the construction schedute. Final cost to be determined. These
incfude the following:
RFP 4.39R Condensate Piping
RFP 4.A5 Waste Scrubber Room
Insulation of Discharge Piping for Parking Ramp
Base for Floor Boxes at Ramp Roof
RFI #M-23 Domestic Water

Several of the previously submitted requests are under review, but we need to meet and
discuss. These include the requests for RFI #M-10, M-23 and M33. Please call me to set up a
meeting.
3. Whenever you send in a request for additional funds, pfease attach a Contractor Proposal with
the pertinent information (sample on page 5-5 of the Construction Team Guide handed out at
the Pre-Construction Meetingl. Do this even with R�I cost requests, etc. I then use this to
report to the Owner and Architect.
