An ordinance repealing Chapter 65 of the
St. Paul Administrative Code, entitled,
"Rubbish Collection Charges ."
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Chapter 65 of the St. Paul Administrative Code,
entitled, "Rubbish Collection Charges ," is repealed.
Section 2.
This ordinance sha.11 take effect and be in force 30 days
after its passage, approval and publication.

65 of the Administrative Code. There is no application of
§§65. 02 and 65. 03 , so I have prepared a repeal of the entire
Chapter.
The amendment that you requested to §7. 06 of the Administ:�a�ive
Co�e has already been accomplished by Ordinance 17104, passed
on February 7 , 1984.
