An ordinance pertaining to compensation paid to
members of the Civil Service Commission; amending
Chapter 101 of the� Saint Paul Administrative Code.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 101.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative Code,
as amended, be and the same is hereby further amended to read as
follows:
101.01. �IVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.7 Pursuant to the
authori�y provided in section 12.-02 of the Charter
of the City of Saint Paul, the council of the city
of Saint Paul does hereby fix the compensation to
be paid to each member of the civil service commission
to be $50 for each �eeting or hearing tha.t the member
sha.11 attend, but in no Event shall any commission
member receive more ti-�an $2 , 600 per annuir� for attendance
at suc6� meetings and 6�earings .
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days
after its passage, approval and publication.
