An ordinance amending Clh.apter 361 of the St.
Paul Legislative Code pertaiming to Wreckers and
Tow Trucks; allowing storage' lots to be located
outside the city limits.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 361.13 of the St. Paul Legislative Code be
and the same is hereby amended to read as follows :
361.13. /LOCATION OF STORAGE LOT CLASS "A."]'
No licensee shall tow a motor vehicle �rom private
property under orders of one not the own.er or operator
of the vehicle to a storage lot which is outside the
limits of the city of Saint ;Paul unless the location
of the lot has been s ecifi¢all a rove t e cit
counci . icensees s , imme ia e y upon oo ing
up to a vehicle to be towed from private property
under orders of one not the owner or operator of such
vehicle, tow the vehicle directly to a 24-hour on-duty
storage lot owned or operated by such licensee, and
such towed vehicle shall not be temporarily dropped,
placed, or left at any other lot or on any other
property.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days
after its passage, approval and pu.blication.
