The facility must also include structures for tactical assault, rescue and entry. WI�REAS, this training will take place on September 15-18, 1996 at the United States Army Base located at Camp Ripiey, Fort Ripley, Minnesota. THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that the City of Saint Pau1 pay for expenses of the CIRT members including lodging and meals. Advance monies will be administered to Lieutenant Greg Pye for meal expenses and lodging expenses will be paid to Camp Ripley upon completion of the training. Total cost is not to exceed $2,700.00 . Team will be required to travel to Camp Ripley on September 15-18, 1996 in order to utilize the United States Army's advanced training facility there so as to better prepare the C.I.R.T. officers for critical incidents. ADVANTAGES IFAPPROVED: The C.LR.T. members would be better prepazed as a cohesive unit to deal with incidents in the City of Saint Paul that would threaten citizens.
