An ordinance amending Chapter 107 of the
Saint Paul Administrative Code pertaining to
the Saint Paul Planning Commission.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That section 107.01 of the Saint Paul Administrative
Code is hereby repealed and the following adopted in
place thereof:

Section 2 .
It is the intent of the council that the present member-
ship of the planning commission shall continue to serve until
such time as 18 members of the new commission are appointed

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after the appointment by the mayor and confirmation
by the council of 18 of the initial 21 members of the
commission but in no event shall this ordina.nce take effect
prior to 3� days from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
