The compressor that allows the air conditioner unit to funcrion has failed. The unit needs to be replaced in order to maintain
appropriate air temperatures for the animals.
Advantages If Approved:
The compressor will be replaced and the air conditioning unit will be able to function cooling the building at the needed level.

None.
