THE COUHCIL OF THE CITY OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DO S ORDAIN:
Section 1.
That Section 321. 01 Subd. 6 of the Saint Paul Legisla ive Code is
amended to read se follors:
Subd. 6. ROOMIHG HOUSE. "Rooming house" means an residence
building, or any part thereof, containing o or more
rooming units, in Mhich space is let for e iode lon er
than one Neek by the opner or operator to f ve or more
persons Mho are not husband or wife, son or daughter,
mother or father, or sister or brother of t e orner or
operatar.
Section 2.
This ordinence shall take effect and be in force 30 sye from and
after its passage, approval and publiaation.

THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL ES ORDAIN:

That the Section 321.02 of the int Paul Legislative Code be and the same is
hereby amended to read as foll ws:
