Wage underpayment af $70.00 due Mr. David Thiede, a truck driver employed by a subcornractor working
on this project Mr. 'Fhiede agees to accept this payment as just compensation for outstanding pay rate
claims on this project.

ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing mod'rfications made in
accordance wiih the spec'rficatans in the sum of $ 70.00 , said amourrt to be paid to Mr. David
Thiede and co-signed by Bazbarossa & Son's in consideration of Mr. Thiede's claim, in the contract known as
Act No. 29167 . which amount is to be financed from:
1993 CSSP Funding available in the conu�act.
