Wage underpayment of $430.00 due :vIr. David Thiede, u truck driver em�loyed by a subcontractor working
on this project Mr. Thiede agrees to accept this payment as just compensation for outstanding pay rate
claims on this project

ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing modificafions made in
acxordance with the specrficatbns in the sum of $ 430.00 , said amouM to be paid to Mr. David
Thiede and co-signed by Progressive Contractors Incorporated, in consideration of Mr. Thiede's claim, in the
contract lmown as Act No. 29168 , which amount is to be fmanced from:
